At Sweetnes we want you to enjoy your shopping experience with confidence. All information provided is secure. Most products will ship with UPS or USPS rates and their standard delivery options. We offer overnight, 2nd day and standard (up to 7 business days) shipping. You can take advantage of our special local delivery service in Brooklyn that includes zip codes 11218, 11219, 11204, 11210, 11218, 11220, 11229, 11230, 11232, 11234 for a flat fee of $10.00 for the entire shipment if the order is placed by 4 p.m. for next day delivery. You can also select a specific delivery date that works best for you. When your order ships, we will receive a tracking number via email that will be forwarded to the email address you gave to us through PayPal.
Due to strict Kashruth certification and our commitment to freshness, Sweetnes does not accept returns on our products. If a product arrived damaged, you should email sales@sweetnes.com immediately or call 718-233-2924 for a prompt replacement.
