UPS Shipping: We take as much care in shipping your order as we do in making our delicious chocolate baskets and things. Service at Sweetnes begins the minute you are done placing the order. At Sweetnes we want you to enjoy your shopping experience with confidence. All information provided is secure. Most products will ship with UPS rates and standard UPS delivery options. We offer overnight, 2nd day and standard (up to 7 business days) shipping. You can take advantage of our special local delivery service in Brooklyn that includes zip codes 11218, 11219, 11204, 11210, 11218, 11220, 11229, 11230, 11232, 11234 for a flat fee of $10.00 for the entire shipment if the order is placed by 4 p.m. for next day delivery. You can also select a specific delivery date that works best for you. When your order ships, we will receive a tracking number via email that will be forwarded to the email address you gave to us through PayPal. Due to strict Kashruth certification and our commitment to freshness, Sweetnes does not accept returns on our products. Refunds
